Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Seller and scope

Seller: fyorixe.com (PE, EDRPOU 57591270), Kyiv, Ukraine. This policy forms part of our public offer under Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII 'On Electronic Commerce' dated 03.09.2015, Article 7.

2. Cancellation and refunds

• 30+ days before start: full refund, less third-party costs.
• 15–29 days: 50% refund.
• 14 days or fewer: no refund.

Cancel by email to contact@fyorixe.com or by phone at +380 954 915 3251 from the address used for the booking.

Approved refunds are paid to the original method within 14 calendar days, in the currency paid. If unavailable, we transfer to an account in your name.

3. Transfers and changes

You may transfer a booking free of charge if you tell us at least 7 days before the start date and the substitute meets the same conditions. Date changes depend on availability and any price difference. If we change the date, lineup or itinerary, you may accept it, take an equal-value alternative, or cancel for a full refund.

4. Packages and insolvency protection

For packages we disclose the tour operator, licence details where required, and insolvency protection before payment, under Law of Ukraine No. 324/95-VR 'On Tourism' dated 15.09.1995 and Law of Ukraine No. 222-VIII 'On Licensing of Types of Economic Activity' dated 02.03.2015.

5. Complaints and personal data

Send complaints to contact@fyorixe.com; we reply within 30 days. You may also contact the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection. Your rights are protected by Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX 'On Consumer Protection' dated 10.06.2023. Personal data is processed under Law of Ukraine No. 2297-VI 'On Personal Data Protection' dated 01.06.2010.
