This disclaimer explains the nature of fyorixe.com's services and our responsibility limits. We are a private entrepreneur (PE) in Ukraine. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to any festival, artist, venue, sponsor, or event organiser unless stated otherwise in writing.

Trip scope: We organise group travel around festival dates. Your booking covers transport, camp or hostel logistics, and coordination for the group. Age limits and cancellation terms for the trip are set out in our Terms of Service and Refund Policy.

Availability and changes: Festival dates, line-ups, venues, and details are set by the organiser and may change or be cancelled. We do not control and are not responsible for such changes. Departure times and camp plans are confirmed in writing before you travel.

Visas and travel documents: We do not arrange or guarantee a visa or travel authorisation. Visa and immigration decisions are made solely by the relevant authorities. You are responsible for your own travel documents.

Electronic commerce and consumer protection: As an online seller, we comply with Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII 'On Electronic Commerce' dated 03.09.2015, Article 7, and display our full business identification, location, registration code, and contact details. Consumer rights are protected under Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX 'On Consumer Protection' dated 10.06.2023.

Privacy and cookies: We process personal data in accordance with Law of Ukraine No. 2297-VI 'On Personal Data Protection' dated 01.06.2010. Cookies that process personal data require your prior informed consent, as set out in Article 6 of that law. See our Privacy Policy for details.
