We collect data you provide when booking: name, email, phone, passport details, date of birth, payment info, travel preferences. We also collect technical data: IP, browser, device, cookies. We use it to process bookings with travel suppliers, communicate about your trip, comply with legal obligations, improve services, and prevent fraud.

We process data based on your informed and voluntary consent (Law of Ukraine No. 2297-VI 'On Personal Data Protection' dated 01.06.2010) and legal obligations under Law No. 3153-IX 'On Consumer Protection' dated 10.06.2023, Law No. 270/96-VR 'On Advertising' dated 03.07.1996, Law No. 324/95-VR 'On Tourism' dated 15.09.1995, and Law No. 222-VIII 'On Licensing of Types of Economic Activity' dated 02.03.2015.

We share necessary data with airlines, hotels, tour operators, and other suppliers to fulfill your booking. They process data under their own policies. We may also share data with payment processors, IT providers, and authorities when required by law. We keep data only as long as necessary, typically for the booking and up to 5 years afterward to comply with tax, accounting, and consumer protection laws.
